Throughout each area of practice, our client’s satisfaction with the legal system stems primarily from the degree to which they are heard and retain control over their matters. At Aufsesser & Murch, we listen to learn what is important to our clients and understand their perspective. We integrate our legal expertise to develop an understanding of how the law might apply to a specific client’s situation. It is our goal to assist purchasers and sellers of residential real estate in handling their matters as quickly, accurately, and smoothly as possible.

It is preferable to handle family law matters collaboratively and negotiate out of court settlements.

The Collaborative Process

Collaborative process means working outside the court system. We sit down in a series of meetings, disclose the relevant facts and negotiate mutually acceptable solutions. Collaborative professionals have additional training to better understand conflict and negotiate creative solutions.

Studies by the International Association of Collaborative Professionals have shown that 90% of the public can negotiate an acceptable resolution of their conflict with targeted help. It doesn’t make sense to start with the court system, since only 10% of people will need it.
