Kenneth Aufsesser is an attorney in private practice and a 2011 graduate of SUNY Geneseo and a 2014 graduate of Catholic University Columbus School of Law. Ken is a member of the New York State and Monroe County Bar Associations and the International Association of Collaborative Law Professionals. Ken is a board member of the Collaborative Association of the Rochester Area (CLARA) and the current marketing chair.
David Murch is an attorney in private practice and a 1974 graduate of St. John Fisher College and a 1977 graduate of Union University Albany Law School. David is a founding member of the Collaborative Association of the Rochester Area (CLARA) and served as it’s first President. He coordinates collaborative professional trainings for other attorneys and mental health professionals and has been consistently been rated one of America’s Best Lawyers in his field for many years.
