Collaborative Meetings That Go Well
Collaborative Meetings go well when they have a purpose and a plan. We all need and want respect and most of us generally dislike surprises.
When a meeting lasts for 1 and ½ hours to 2 hours it allows us to bring our best attention and energy. We agree in advance on the matter(s) to be discussed and we have time to prepare.
We know that the cost and time taken is substantial and our goal is to be thorough and as efficient as possible.
The goal of an out of court process is to learn all of the relevant information and then have you make decisions without feeling forced to make them by lawyers or a judge.
